Who this course is for
Full-Time English is our most intensive option, built for people who can give English a real block of their week: school leavers preparing for college or university, adults between jobs, homemakers returning to work, and new arrivals to Malaysia who need functional English quickly.
Cohorts are streamed by level after your trial assessment, from elementary through advanced. Because the same eight (or fewer) people study together every day, the class quickly becomes a team — and speaking English in front of teammates is far easier than performing for strangers.
What a typical week looks like
Each morning runs from 9:30 to 12:30 with a break, Monday to Thursday. The rhythm stays consistent so your brain knows what is coming:
- Monday — Foundations. New grammar and vocabulary introduced through short texts and dialogues, never as bare rules.
- Tuesday — Listening & speaking. Podcasts, clips and role-plays; pronunciation clinic in the second hour.
- Wednesday — Reading & writing. From messages and emails at lower levels to essays and reports at higher ones.
- Thursday — Integration day. A project, debate or presentation that forces the week’s material into active use.
Friday is optional: a self-study pack plus an open drop-in hour with a tutor for questions, catch-ups and extra speaking practice.
What you will be able to do
- Hold unscripted conversations at your target level with increasing comfort.
- Write clear, correctly structured emails, letters and (at higher levels) essays.
- Understand natural-speed speech from a range of accents.
- Use the grammar of your level accurately in speech, not only in exercises.
- Walk away with an Oakforge certificate stating your achieved level.
